As, said earlier E Commerce is commerce through internet, which means procurement is performed through internet. Procurement involves following back end processes listed in the order of occurrence. It is an anti – fungal food that builds your body, restores your health and soothes you. Nutritionists recommend a daily 200 – 300 gm serving of curd. The yogurt and the milk from which it is prepared both have the same levels of calcium content and other nutrients. Then what’s different? Yogurt contains proteins, fats and sugars in simple forms and so it is rightly called the predigested food. This makes it a suitable food for children. Yogurt contains vitamin D too which helps in the absorption of calcium. Therefore, if consumed liberally in childhood, it can prevent osteoporosis in later life.<br />

What more? It has all the <b>good bacteria</b> (<b>probiotics</b>) required to boost body’s <b>immunity</b> and smoothen and clean the digestive tract. However always make sure that you don’t prepare curd from milk containing full fat as it has very high calorie and fat content. It is its versatility that has made it popular throughout the world. We have yogurt in different varieties even for the vegans. We mean ‘mock yogurt’. It’s a non – dairy yogurt extracted from coconut and soy, like mock meat. These soy yogurts (called <b>yofu</b> or <b>soygurt</b>) don’t have lactose in it )because of which dairy products are palatable). But these yogurts provide you an equal amount of protein as compared to their dairy counterparts. Nowadays we often hear about Greek yogurt. This one is strained multiple times to take out some liquid whey, sugar and lactose giving it a tangy flavor and thick consistency.<br />

Greek yogurt has high nutritive values and it can be prepared at home by mixing hung curd with some cheese. Chefs are indeed intrigued by this wonder ingredient. They have come with their own fancier flavors. Delhi’s chef Saby has his Baked Saffron yogurt which he uses in his Mishti Doi cheesecake and other brunch recipes. Weight watchers have this item on their top list. But it is better to go with the homemade regular yogurt since the ones sold in market have high amount of artificial sweeteners.</div><br />

Facebook rolled out another feature this Monday that allows you to save the posts in the news feed and retrieve later. Well, now we have the ‘<b>save</b>’ <b>feature</b> using which the posts can be saved and read later. Every day you come across several posts which can’t be explored at the moment. The items will be saved as private by default unless you select the option to share with your friends. On Facebook website the saved items can be accessed from the left hand side of the page. Whereas, in Facebook <b>mobile app</b> they are under ‘More’ tab.<br />

This feature has been introduced to let users have some autonomy over the news feed content. This counters the existing Facebook narrative which involved an experiment over 700,000 users. These users were asked to manipulate their newsfeed content in order to determine if some kind of ‘emotional contagion’ is triggered by social networking. For a majority, the answer was yes to a degree. However, the feature will be available to us within next few days on web, iOS and of course android.</div>

Facebook made an announcement last week stating that the social media giant is testing the new ‘<b>buy</b>’ feature that will allow the users to make purchases directly through posts and ads on social network. The feature was revealed on blog ‘<b><a href="http://www.bangalorean.net/search/label/facebook">Facebook</a></b> for <a href="http://www.bangalorean.net/search/label/business">Business</a>’. It also said that the ‘buy’ button will be added to the page posts and ads. However the feature is currently under trial and testing. <div class="g-plusone" data-annotation="none" data-size="small"></div><br />

Initially few medium and small size businesses in US will be able to access the service. This option will be made available from this Thursday for specific products on the website. The Facebook mobile app will support the same. The button is placed at ads’ right corner according to an image shown in the blog post. It will be visible to you when you navigate through your news feed on homepage.<br />

Clicking on the ‘buy’ button will open up a dialog box prompting you to submit the shipping and payment details. Facebook will transmit your credit card information that you entered to a third – party who will process the payments and pass the purchase orders to the merchant who in turn will ship out the orders. This feature doesn’t require leaving Facebook for making purchases.</div><br />

This is supported by rumours of the <b>Xperia Z3</b> being launched in as early as this year's September. However, the device's release seems justified on the company's part and is in line with its previous launch schedules with February 2013 marking the release of Xperia Z, and the update of the flagship, Xperia Z1 hitting the market in September of the same year. Exactly seven months from then, Sony released Xperia Z2 which is rumoured to be followed by its update Z3 - expected to debut at the IFA 2014. <div class="g-plusone" data-annotation="none" data-size="small"></div><br /><br /><b>Specifications of the Device</b><br />

We share with you what the Xperia Z3 is expected to be like. <br /><br /><b><u>Built and Exteriors</u></b>: Expected to sport a metal frame, Z3 might have a mirror finish, rendered to it by the PVC coating. Allegedly, the phone is expected to be thinner than its predecessor, while housing all the more features and robust abilities to stave off dust, water and scrapes.<br />
<br /><b><u>Hardware</u></b>: On the hardware front, the phone is expected to be propelled by a 2.5GHz <a href="http://www.bangalorean.net/search/label/qualcomm">Qualcomm</a> Snapdragon 801 processor, supplemented with Adreno 420 Graphics and 3GB of RAM. Sony took a distinguished route regarding its camera this time. Instead of piling up on the megapixels, the company chose to optimize the camera functionality while sticking to the same 20.7MP sensor.<br />
<br />Since the company saved some time on the camera, it allegedly utilised it in optimizing the performance of the device. Instead of focusing on the QHD, Sony has rendered the Xperia Z3 with a full 1080p HD panel with increased power and functionality.<br /><br />Running on Android 4.4 KitKat, Z3 will be launched in Berlin in the annual consumer electronics trade show expected to be held from 5-10 September.</div>
